For Role : Development Analyst:

As a Development Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications for ITS Canada enterprise. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, Unit Testing and documenting applications using Microsoft platform and other technologies including but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ServiceNow, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP HANA, Hadoop, Data Stage, RPA and Business Intelligence. This list of technologies continues to evolve and grow
  • Working with Senior Development Analysts, Architects, Delivery Managers and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements
  • Recommending technological solutions/options when required on projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Being an active participant in the Communities of Practice (CoP) and engage in sharing of leading practices and standards

For Role : Business Solution Analyst (QA):

As the (BSA) you will understand, elicit, gather and document requirements for both functional and non-functional aspects of a solution by engaging with various clients and stakeholders. You will execute the required test cases related to one or more solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build requirements from ground up or enhance existing requirements by documenting Epics and user stories.
  • Be the bridge between the customer and delivery team
  • Create new test packages (Test Design, Execution Plan and Data Preparations)
  • Test low to medium complexity system applications and analyze all output
  • Report any product defects or non-compliance with business/ functional requirements
  • Support conformance and application of test process management tools process and guideline

For Role : System Analyst:

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining applications, supporting IT Infrastructure, IT Security and End User Support for ITS Canada. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deploy, maintain, support applications and IT Infrastructure using Microsoft platform and other technologies including but not limited to SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ERP, SCOM, SCCM, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Virtualization – HyperV/VMWare, Network, Storage, Active Directory, Skype, Exchange, ArcSight, SourceFire etc. This list of technologies continues to evolve and grow
  • Working with Senior Systems Analysts, Development Analysts, Architects, Delivery Managers, Infrastructure Managers to support IT needs
  • Recommending and implementing Infrastructure solutions/options when required on to support business objectives.
  • Being an active participant in the Communities of Practice (CoP) and engage in sharing of leading practices and standards

For Role : ADF Developer(Azure):

o    Design and development of ETL systems using Azure Data Factory, data integration solutions, ensuring proper coding standards, procedures and techniques are followed

o    Design and develop migration of data/ETL to Cloud(Azure) based services

o    Creates technical code documentation and participates as a contributor in solution design and estimation

o    Perform unit testing and analyze / report the results to pertinent teams

o    Troubleshoot errors and problems reported by QA, product owners, and end users while documenting how to resolve issues

o    Identify / troubleshoot application code-related issues (provide 3rd level production support / issue resolution)

o    Contributes to direction, product and project planning and SDLC practices for ETL oriented projects. Possesses in-depth knowledge and enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies. Supports the maturing of systems engineering, quality assurance and analysis policies, procedures, standards for data integration projects in line with organizational standards

 

For Role : Technology Support:

  • Manage premium-level Tax Application Support via email, phone, and chat, to both internal and external users.
  • Maintain a client-centric culture and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Work with product and development teams to troubleshoot application issues and resolve issues.
  • Regularly monitor queues to ensure prioritization and wait time for customers meets our SLAs.
  • Attend daily support meetings to communicate trends and guidance, answer questions, and gather user feedback for enhancement requests and deficiencies.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and policies.
  • Assist the Support leadership in organizing, planning, and implementing the Tax Transformation Support Strategy.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including some holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Adhering to SLAs like response time of an email & chat. ASA for calls & etc.
  • Performing as per set standard on metrics like C-SAT, AHT, FCR, schedule adherence, escalation threshold, quality scores, & etc.
  • Client value addition, prioritization of issues, VIP support and calculating business impact are basic expectations from the person who would work in this role
  • Process incoming service requests, incidents and change requests and formulate appropriate response
  • Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails
  • Triage and troubleshoot issue(s) reported on all applications.
  • Report and record any new defects on all applications.
  • Communicate with end users including external (non- Deloitte) client users, this includes contacting Partners, Directors and Senior Managers from client organization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology related issues on technologies such as MS Office, and custom-built applications primarily on Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory and DPASS)
  • Provision user accounts for external (non- Deloitte) client users
  • Have passion on technical knowledge learning and be a quick learner
  • Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner
